Licensing School Devices to your Workspace

Chromebook

If you are using the Chromebook WebGL Builder, the software will be automatically licensed to your workspace as long as it was opened from your workspace's Download page.

Windows/Mac

You must be logged into a Workspace Admin account to perform this task.

1. Open a Windows/Mac Builder on each computer you want to lock to your workspace.
2. Log in with your Workspace Admin account.
3. Select the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
4. Then choose "License to Workspace” from that menu.

Virtual Reality Devices

License any virtual reality device to your workspace with a few simple steps:

1. Open the Blocksmith Viewer app on your VR device.
2. Log in with your Workspace Admin account.
3. Select “License to Workspace” from the Main Menu when logged in.

Accessing Purchased Premium Experiences

Open Premium Experiences in the Builder

1. Make sure the Builder is Licensed to your Workspace.
2. Login with an account that is a member of the Workspace.
3. Select Load.
4. Click on Premium Experiences under your workspace.
5. Load and explore a purchased Premium Experience!

Open Premium Experiences in VR Viewers

1. Make sure the Viewer is Licensed to your Workspace.
2. Login with an account that is a member of the Workspace.
3. Find the Collections menu (on the right-side of the main menu).
4. Click on Premium.
5. Load and explore a purchased Premium Experience!
