Pro Collaborators

In order for others to help you create VR/AR experiences in the Studio they need a paid subscription. Your collaborators can either

• Pay for a Pro Subscription themselves. This is ideal for contract workers who are helping multiple businesses on workspaces with different administrators.
• You can purchase a Pro Collaborator subscription for them.

A Pro Collaborator subscription is like a Pro Subscription except they are unable to create their own domains or purchase additional Pro Collaborator accounts.

Add a new Pro Collaborator to Pro Workspace

When adding a user to one of your Pro Workspace you will be presented with this popup:

In order for users to be able to publish/edit/collaborate VR/AR experiences on your Pro Domain you must either choose Domain Manager or Collaborator. The main difference is that Domain managers can help you manage members on your domain.

Please note: Domain Managers will be unable to purchase additional Pro Collaborators for you.

If the user you are adding to your Pro Domain does not have an active subscription you will be prompted to verify that you will be paying for their account. The credit card you have on file for your Pro Account will be charged for your Pro Collaborator.

If the user you are adding to your Pro Domain already has a Pro Subscription, or they are already added as a Pro Collaborator on one of your other Pro Domain's, you will not be charged.

To cancel a Pro Collaborators subscription go to the Billing tab on your personal dashboard. Select the 3 dot menu next to the user, and select cancel.

Canceling the users subscription does not automatically remove them from your domains. They are automatically demoted to free member status. You can remove them from all of your domain in your "My Pro Account" dashboard or by going into each individual Domain dashboards.
