Assigning Courses to Hub Members

Course Assignment Info

Courses must be assigned before they can be opened in the XR Builder.
They are not automatically assigned to help Hub Admins stay organized, and enable them to correctly assign Courses to specific groups/classes of users.

After adding a Course from the Content Library, Admins and Teachers can assign it to students on the Course page in the Hub's Dashboard.

How to Assign a Course

Open Course Management Settings to see the assignment options.

There are three ways to assign Curriculum Courses to members on your hub.
Admins and Teachers can assign Courses to all users automatically, assign to a specific class, or assign to users individually.

Automatically Assign to All Users
→Administrators are able to set each Course to automatically assign to all current and future users.

Assign Courses to Classes
→Administrators and Teachers can select classes they want assigned to Courses. If any additional users are added to the assigned class, those users will automatically be assigned to that Course.

Assign Courses to Individual Users
→Administrators and Teachers can enter usernames of students to individually assign to a Course.
